Turning Off Technology

Turning Off Technology

Setting clear, agreed rules about where technology can be used in your house can go a long way to reducing technology use.

For example, you may wish to restrict the use of technology to family areas of the house only, with the exclusion of the dinner table.

This is also a really handy way to keep up to date with the types of websites, social media and TV content your children are being exposed to.
