Our Magical Calming Cards are designed to use the magical world of fairies to help introduce you (and your little ones!) to calming techniques.
Calming strategies include Deep Breathing, Muscle Relaxation, Grounding, Visualisation, Yoga and Mindfulness.
Calming Cards can be used in a variety of contexts, including:
- A calming corner (or calming space) in your home
- Out and about
- Calming activities before bed
- Day Care Centres
